We are located 3.5 miles from Washington, DC and have the flexibility to host individuals, small groups, or large numbers. Our offices provide easy access to local shops, lodging, restaurants and entertainment for our clients.

Metro Instructions:

We are located on the Courthouse Metro stop which is on the Orange Line. Once you cross through the turnstiles and are exiting the station, walk down the hallway until you find the exit for the Court House Plaza on the right. Follow that hallway all the way around and take the escalators up to the plaza. Make a right as soon as you get off the escalators and then make a left to begin walking by the shops at the rear of 2200 Clarendon Blvd. You will pass an “Instyle” Barber Shop and a Perfect Pita on your right before reaching the rear entrance to 2200. Once in the lobby of 2200, take the elevators up to the 12th floor and find us in Suite 1200.

Take N. Fairfax Drive toward Clarendon
Turn right onto N. Cleveland Street
Take the first right onto Clarendon Blvd

Take I-495 South / Capital Beltway / Outer Loop
Take the Geo. Washington Memorial Parkway toward Washington
Take the I-66 East exit toward Roosevelt Bridge / Washington / US-50 / Rosslyn (NOTE: There is an HOV time restriction on this road.)
Merge onto Arlington Blvd / US-50 West toward Rosslyn
Turn slight right onto N. Fairfax Drive
Turn right onto N. Cleveland Street
Take the first right onto Clarendon Blvd.

From Dulles Airport (and points west)

Take VA-267 East toward Washington, DC

Turn right onto Lee Highway / US-29 North

Travel North on S. Smith Blvd.
Take the exit toward GW Parkway North

Take I-95 North toward Washington
Take exit 170 A-B toward I-395 North / Washington / I-495 North / Tyson’s Corner
Merge onto I-395 North via exit 170A on the left toward Washington

Take the ramp toward Court House Road

Parking Instructions:

There is metered parking on the street, in the parking garage below our building, and in an open lot next to our building. All of the meters charge $1.25 per hour and have a maximum time limit of 2 hours. The meters take coins only – but they take nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollar coins. If you are able to find a parking space on the street, then great! If not, please see the directions for parking below.
