Keith is our CEO and co-founder of Mediabarn.  Keith has led Mediabarn over 15 successful years.

Mediabarn’s longevity can be attributed to the fine-tuning of an innovative business model which combines the benefits of a user experience research practice, creative agency, and placement services firm under one roof.


Jason Pentecost

Principal and Co-Founder

Jason heads up the research arm of Mediabarn.  As Principal and Co-Founder of Mediabarn, clients and associates rely heavily on Jason for his breadth of interactive experience and his keen perception of where the industry is heading. He works closely with our key clients and is never too far from anything that goes on at the ‘barn.   Jason is also Mediabarn’s photographer.


Heather Gay (Nam)

VP of Usability and Market Research

Heather brings over 15 years of research management experience to Mediabarn.  She has a special ability to look at a situation through the eyes of a target audience, especially consumers.  Her enthusiasm, coupled with the confidence of a seasoned researcher, makes projects run smoothly.

Sally Kelley

Director of Client Services and Research Recruiting

Sally joined the Mediabarn team in January of 2014 as the Director of Client Services and Recruiting. She is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the research projects from bid to execution, as well as being the point of contact for client communications, and also oversees participant recruitment. She is passionate about research and customer service, and handles each project with the care it deserves.


Randy Hullihen

Research Associate

Randy is our Guru of Tech and is always close by.  Randy has an extensive background in audio engineering as well as computer and video solutions.

Our resident tech is also our resident painter, Randy is responsible for all of the wonderful paintings in the office.

Alicia Castillo

Facility Manager

Alicia keeps track of everything.  She ensures that the facility is always ready and stocked for research.  She is responsible for maintaining the front office experience, as well as keeping track of participants once they have been scheduled.  She can usually be found up front greeting our clients and guests and is responsible for our cookie presentations being the best in town.
