Typically the information you would provide is Name, company name, email address, phone number.  We also collect personal information through the use of screener forms. This information informs us if a potential participant will qualify for a study we are actively recruiting.

We do not otherwise sell, rent or share your personally identifiable information to third parties.  We do not share your full name, email, or phone numbers with our client unless required to so they can conduct the research, like phone interviews.

Respondent personally identifiable contact and demographic information is collected by a 3rd party service provider Wufoo that is linked to from this site. Wufoo provides contact information and data hosting and reporting services for Mediabarn. Wufoo stores and administers respondent personally identifiable contact and the demographic information you provide when applying to be a respondent or answering respondent questions on the the screener forms.
