SALLY KELLEY
Director of Client Services and Research Recruiting
Sally joined the Mediabarn team in January of 2014 as the Director of Client Services and Recruiting. She is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the research projects from bid to execution, as well as being the point of contact for client communications, and also oversees participant recruitment. She is passionate about research and customer service, and makes she to handle each project with the care it deserves.
Sally previously served as the VP of Operations for Martin Focus Group Services, where she handled all of the client services and project management for the Northern and Southwest Virginia markets, as well as rural markets nationwide. She continued serving these markets upon founding her own independent market research company, Focosity, LLC. Sally brings with her a seasoned staff of interviewers who have up to 24 years of individual experience in the market research industry, and are highly focused on finding quality participants for each project
